Terms of service

Welcome to RowRender. These terms govern your use of the RowRender Figma plugin and the RowRender website (collectively, the "Service"). By using the Service you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Who provides the Service

The Service is provided by an individual operating in Argentina under the monotributo tax regime (the "Provider", "we", "us"). Billing is processed by Paddle.com Market Limited ("Paddle") acting as merchant of record. When you purchase a subscription, you contract with Paddle for payment, and Paddle's own terms apply to that transaction in addition to these terms.

2. Eligibility + accounts

You must be at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction to use the Service. You're responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your Google sign-in credentials secure.

3. License + acceptable use

We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for your own design and marketing work, subject to these terms. You agree not to:

  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or copy the Service
  • Use the Service to render content you don't have rights to (copyrighted assets you didn't create or license, etc.)
  • Use the Service to render unlawful content (illegal advertising, deceptive ads, hateful content, anything restricted under applicable advertising law)
  • Resell, sublicense, or repackage the Service as your own product
  • Attempt to circumvent the free-tier quota or other usage limits
  • Use the Service to attack, overload, or otherwise disrupt our infrastructure or third-party services we rely on (Google, Paddle, Vercel, Neon)

4. Subscriptions, billing + cancellation

The free tier grants 20 lifetime renders. Paid subscriptions are billed monthly via Paddle at the price shown on our pricing page. You can cancel any time from the customer portal Paddle provides; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

Refund eligibility is set out in our refund policy.

5. Your data

How we handle data is described in our privacy policy. In short: we read only the Google Sheets you point us at, we don't copy your rendered images off your machine, and we keep what we collect to the minimum needed to run the Service.

6. Service availability + changes

We aim for the Service to be available, but we don't guarantee uptime. We may make changes to features at any time, including removing features. Material changes that affect paid functionality will be communicated by email with reasonable notice.

7. Termination

You may close your account at any time from the customer area. We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these terms, abuse the Service, or engage in fraudulent activity, with or without notice. On termination, your access stops; outstanding fees remain due.

8. Disclaimers + limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our total liability for any claim arising out of or related to the Service is limited to the fees you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

9. Governing law + disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Argentina. Disputes shall be brought in the competent courts of the City of Buenos Aires, without prejudice to mandatory consumer-protection rights you may have under the laws of your country of residence (including, where applicable, the right to bring proceedings in local courts under EU consumer law or equivalent).

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The "last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent change. If a change materially affects your rights, we'll notify you by email. Continued use of the Service after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
