14-day money-back guarantee
If you're not happy with RowRender Pro for any reason within 14 calendar days of your first paid charge, email edgard.gomes@dynamicads.io and we'll issue a full refund. No questions, no hoops. Refunds are processed by Paddle (our merchant of record) and typically appear on your statement within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
Cancellation outside the refund window
After 14 days, you can cancel any time from the customer portal Paddle provides — accessible from inside the plugin or from your cabinet on the website. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period; you keep Pro access until then. We don't pro-rate partial-month refunds for time not used.
Free-tier renders
The free tier (20 lifetime renders) is exactly that — free. There's nothing to refund.
Disputes + chargebacks
Before opening a chargeback with your card issuer, please email us. Almost every issue is resolved faster by a direct refund than a chargeback (which Paddle then disputes on our behalf and which leaves a mark on your card record). We promise to be reasonable.
Statutory rights
This policy is in addition to (not instead of) any consumer-protection rights you have under applicable law — for example, the cooling-off right under EU consumer law (14 days), Argentine Ley 24.240 (consumer defense law), or equivalent laws in your country. If your local statutory right is more generous than the 14-day window above, the local right applies.
